We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Cancel anytime with one click — no contracts, no fees. You keep access until your billing period ends.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

AdCopyWizards offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new monthly and annual subscriptions. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us at our contact page and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your first payment only. Subsequent billing cycles are not eligible for the money-back guarantee but you may cancel at any time before your next renewal.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time — no phone calls, no waiting, no hassle. Simply:

  1. Log in to your account at adcopywizards.com/account
  2. Navigate to the Billing section
  3. Click Cancel Subscription

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your plan features until that date. We do not charge cancellation fees.

3. What Happens After Cancellation

  • You keep full access until your paid period ends
  • Your account and generated content remain accessible
  • You will not be billed again
  • You may resubscribe at any time
  • Unused credits are forfeited at the end of your billing period — they do not roll over or carry value upon cancellation

4. Annual Plan Refunds

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan after the 30-day window, you will retain access through the end of your paid year but will not receive a prorated refund.

If you believe there are exceptional circumstances, contact us — we handle situations on a case-by-case basis and always try to do right by our customers.

5. Promotional & Special Pricing

Purchases made under promotional pricing (such as BOGO offers, nonprofit pricing, or limited-time discounts) follow these same terms unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Promotional pricing is non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers.

Promotional purchases that have been partially or fully used (e.g., BOGO plans where one account has been activated) may not be eligible for a full refund. Contact us for clarification before purchasing if you have questions.

6. Credits

Credits are allocated monthly on your billing cycle date and do not roll over between billing periods. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable independently of your subscription. Refunds apply to subscription payments — not to individual credit amounts.

7. Free Trial

Free trial accounts are not charged and therefore are not eligible for refunds. If your trial ends and you are charged for a subscription, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies to that first charge.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 30-day window:

  1. Visit our Contact page
  2. Include your account email and the reason for your request
  3. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days
  4. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe

9. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
