1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using AdCopyWizards ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

AdCopyWizards is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered copywriting services through questionnaire-based wizards. Our service helps users generate marketing copy for various purposes including social media ads, landing pages, email sequences, sales letters, video sales letters, and articles.

3. Subscription Plans and Credits

AdCopyWizards offers multiple subscription tiers with different credit allocations:

• Business Plan: $22/month or $220/year for 200 credits
• Pro Plan: $97/month or $970/year for 1,000 credits
• Free Trial: 7-day trial period with limited credits

Credits are consumed when generating content through our wizards. Different content types require different credit amounts. Credits reset monthly based on your subscription billing cycle.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds may be provided at our discretion for unused portions of annual subscriptions within 30 days of purchase.

5. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Create content that violates intellectual property rights
• Produce spam, unsolicited marketing, or deceptive content
• Generate content promoting hate speech or discrimination
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our AI systems
• Share or resell access to your account

7. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service. However, you grant AdCopyWizards a limited license to process and store your inputs for the purpose of providing the Service. AdCopyWizards retains all rights to our platform, technology, and underlying AI models.

8. Content Generation and AI Limitations

Content generated by our AI is provided "as is" and may require human review and editing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, though you may retain access to previously generated content.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADCOPYWIZARDS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AdCopyWizards harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
